With over 30 years experience in the Chilean mining industry, Pedro was previously general construction manager for Anglo-American in Chile.

Pedro is specialized in the development and direction of multidisciplinary engineering projects in pre-investment stages (conceptual engineering, pre-feasibility and feasibility) and investment stages (detail engineering), construction and industrial assembly, and management of medium and large-scale EPC/EPCM projects for the large copper mining, industry, retail, energy, fuel, education, real estate and public and private infrastructure sectors.

Pedro is a co-founder of SC Power, set up in 2021 to promote development of a Chilean offshore wind sector.

As Commercial Manager and board member of Viento Azul Biobio, Pedro leads on project economics, procurement, value optimization and commercial risk.
